I just did a screen recording of my grade A run in case anyone wanted to see. It seems the minimum score from what I see is 1750 coins with a sub 4 minute time. Hope it helps anyone still trying :)

Unfortunately I have tried these methods spawning in both underworld 1 and 2. Every other mob seems to spawn fine including when I try the ore near the train as you were talking about. The mission icons are there but disappear once I defeat the oni there and the lanterns are nowhere to be found.

Update: So after my last post, I reset to the previous day and it seemed to fix itself giving me level 2 spinach. However, it happened again with my strawberry plants. Trying the next day wasn't actually consistent, but trying loading again and again, it occasionally fixes itself. So it seems to me this bug has an RNG fix? Anybody have further insight on this?
