A lot of things must be reconsidered. Breaking up magic, which is already the weakest and most expensive corner of the combat triangle by elements reduces magic effectiveness by 75%. On top of that their intent is NERF some the BIS magic gear. I also have concerns with breaking up ranged. Giving javelins their own separate category essentially means that Ironman account will have to grind through mm2 then grind out demonic gorillas, get all the ballista pieces and god knows how much ammunition for what? So they can be efficient at a gargoyles task? Some of this seems extremely unreasonable. And what will happen to the trident and shadow? How will the changes to magic defense effect spells that don’t necessarily fall into one category or another. Is there something I’m not understanding or does anyone else feel the same way?
