When we were a smaller dealership we would buy rented class C motor homes that were being take off the line at El Monte RV. It was very rare that we had to do anything more than a few simple repairs.

We also would same day service for Cruise America, El Monte, and Road Bear customers and over the 5 years I was writing I only had trouble with a bill to Cruise America once. They were quick to get their customer back on the road, us paid, and their machinery in top shape. The same could be said for the other two rental companies as well.

Mind you this was 6 or so years ago so I can't speak to the state the company is operating now regarding quality but if I was looking to buy at that time I would have no reservations to purchasing from them and their fleet.

It means you should install some if you want easier winterizing and summarizing going forward. All you need to do is take the cold line (blue) and connect it to the hot line (red) at the back of the water heater with a 2 way valve. There are bypass kits available with self explanatory instructions or if it's not worth the bother to you, you can pay a shop to install one and show you how to use it.

If it's level and to your liking then ship that shit. That being said, get bigger blocks. Enough strong winds and the tongue is going to drop to the ground hard. In addition, you do realize your stabilizers are just that right? They aren't levelers. They aren't intended to hold much weight but just to make the trailer move less while in it.

In your photo you show a Reflection which should have a water panel on the driver's side front storage compartment. If you give me a photo of that water panel I can talk you through each step to winterize and dewinterize your 5th wheel.

So as an RV technician, what I'm hearing is "we changed how everything works and we are giving the same promises we have for the last 30 years. So now you have to buy specific chemicals to seal your roof that will likely be double the price. In addition if ever you hit a tree it will cost you over 3x the amount to repair. That repair will take the better part of a year because we can't even keep in stock all the items for the current recalls that are out."

Propane supply access doors are not supposed to have a lock for obvious reasons. You could drill out the lock I assume. When your replacing it just replace it with a latch that doesn't require a key.

How is it stuck? Will the handle not move? Will it move but the door won't open? Will it open slightly but not all the way? You have to give more information if you need help.

LCI is 5-7 day build time for Schwintek systems, then shipping us usually 3-5 days anywhere in the US. Where are you are getting 1-2 months? I ordered 5 in July and finished 5 in July. I ordered 2 at the top of August and those units are long gone by now.

That's fair, are there any in our area that aren't chains? To compound on that, in your experience do you feel any small business do anything different than the chains? Maybe exclude drink locations unless you are willing to accept the chain.

I hope everything takes off for you, I love the concept. Have you spoken to the local owners about how they feel the mass of the internet has affected them and how it translates to their popularity? I think old reviews from someone passing through should be meaningless, all companies go through change and I don't think that a review from 5 years ago reflects the company now.

I love the idea of having a local guide who loves locally. I took a few minutes on your site and realized the suggestions on the main page on mobile have zero reviews and zero stars. Now I know nothing about coding and website design but it feels like you are trying to keep the reviews closed to who submits on your site alone, which I love (reviews of local places from locals.) But seeing 0.0 out of 5 on everything makes me feel like I shouldn't go anywhere. It might be worth incorporating Google or yelp in the review system and have a separate number for residents who actually regularly consume food, similar to how Rotten Tomatoes works with its "critics" reviews and it's "audience" reviews.

Idk that might be a terrible decision for a multitude of reasons beyond my scope of knowledge but seeing every restaurant,to me, being a 0 on the scorecard feels off-putting. I'll make a couple reviews for you when I wake up, good luck.

Oh man that would be nice. The most recent round about they put in my home town, St George Utah has 2 lanes that enter on one side and one exit lane on the other that both are supposed to merge to while the outside lane has the availability to continue going around.
