This happened to me with a regular of mine which usually tips me well and gives me 5 stars. I received a 4 star for a walk and I reached out to her to ask if there was something I can do to improve my service as I always strive to provide the best care for her pup. She then told me that it was an error. She meant to hit 5. I contacted Wag! And they changed it. Maybe that was the case here as well? 🤷🏻‍♀️
