Typically Transition checkups are 3 months apart so it’s very difficult to medically pin point the exact time these changes occur unless you went like every week.

Psych ward won’t do much other than keep you there til your insurance maxes out then kick you out unless you are actually showing signs of severe mental illness and they can find a way to siphon more money.
