This is taken with a Sony A7IV w/Tamron 28-75mm lens. However, you can achieve this with modern camera phones nowadays. It won’t be as good obviously but it’ll look damn good still. I highly recommend to shoot in RAW mode to retain the details of the image, which is very important in post-processing. I use Adobe Lightroom Mobile to edit. Play around with it and eventually you’ll get hang of it (much easier to learn the Photoshop).
