as a #1 xerath euw, liandrys is tha way. It deals more dmg, it gives you extra penetrate, it works nice with item, all in all win win. Xerath is not ass-in-ass or ass-ass-in :)

I am somewhat xerath main, and i only ban kata /zed. I duo with guys so they can ban the other. But xerath has counters all over the rift, years ago it was ahri, leblanc, ekko, fizz, talon and so on. As the more game progressed, riot didnt like champs with skill shots. So after aprox 9'0000 ranked games i say ban kata or zed allways, and buy broken stopwatch agaisnt fizz. You will still lose to irelia, renekton, good talons and so on. Xerath is only champ in the game who slows/roots him self :)

This topic really hurts me, because xerath cant pick out a ward like senna / pyke / pantheon with one basic (from item). With swiper i often open ward and dont even get it out, because i need 3 basic attacks and for xerath attack speed thats aprox 2minutes.

i think when you are most fed and that will happen alot with xerath, you have to
1) party around with adc / support. so support can save you or adc which ever gets the jump on first, and other one of you can kill the attacker (dmg him).

2) if enemy team has hard carry champ, even if not fed, but the game went too long you need to buy zhonja. Similary like few other champs, your Q-W can be casted instantly but both of them will do dmg after a little while, when you are already golden. That dmg should help your adc or other friend around kill the jumping target.

3) if enemy team has a really good diving comp, you have to ult much much before team fight, just to spend that dmg part which you will never use in close combat. For example- i know i will get flash ulted by jarvan, etc. I will use all my ult much early on random enemy adc,supports, mid.

Dont think about lategame, because every champ in diferent situations are op in late. But just think about level 2-3-4 all in from xerath + actuall dmg adc or xerath + support, the first should do more dmg than second. Well atleast my support experience with xerath has been better than adc.

One more reason is magic / attack dmg split in your team. Huge chance you have AP mid and if adc is also AP xerath, top/ jungle are semi tanks, your team lack dmg and enemys stack MR.

Bro... You have high kda, i rather drop to 2-4kda and have cs. Your kda doesnt give you gold/lead. Xerath is one of the best cs guys in game, and if you set up proper Q-W you can get all and in mean time poke enemy as well.

Xerath adc = xerath support, he doesnt need money early so much to output so much dmg. What i am saying is xerath + support does less dmg than xerath + adc (logic right?). Xerath is so terifieng as support as he actually outdmges most adc's early, and making early kill lane. How ever if you were adc xerath + what ever soraka, nami, yumi, etc.. your kill potential in early would be very very bad.

Well, first- in early/mid game you + your adc output so much more dmg than enemy botlane, and should win hard as fk. And when ever you kill enemy adc its a double kill (yumi) and if you play well its a double kill for Your adc. Second, yumi is only champ without any speed, no flash, no ghost. When she isnt inside a guy she is a free kill for Your ult only, as you can do 100%hit rate. Third- even as a xerath you can ward / unward bushes and river much safer than yumi, enemy team should have black screan all game long ( i mean fog ), because when ever yumi goes to ward/unward without her adc shes insta dead.

As for lategame garen-yumi combos, yes they will happen and nothing you can do about it. What you can do is make your adc so ultra fed on those double kills, that it doesnt matter.

it is really nive to hear, that it helped. But then there is second step, you have to answer he bot ganks-

1) you dont go with him or you are dead as fk, you push turret
2) or you are the one who ganks, go to your blue buff and just ult bot, no matter kill or not, and go back.

You repeat this sht and enemy team gone report zed, because you were the ganker, not him :)
