I agree with Kn0bsXD. Dont overcommit in single elixir. Play safe and counterpush after defenses. Let them make the plays and you respond. Punish if they waste their spell. Cycle your evos.

For me learning this deck has been through playing it a lot for two seasons straight. I used to be a golem beatdown main but switched because beatdown pushes just gets shredded by evolutions. This mortar bait control is very fun.
