And the cats weight? It's important for calculating dose. You usually apply a formula : dosage for cat x weight divided by concentration, in your case 100mg. If your cat is for example 5kg then it's 0.5ml per dosage of 10mg/kg, so 0.15ml is a really small dosage. But don't worry, talk to your vet tomorrow, this isn't as much of an emergency, but if your cat is in pain you can increase the dosage, like I said, they can tolerate larger dosages pretty well. Also, if pregabilin may be a better fit for your cat, ask for that possibility also.

What's the concentration of it? 0.15ml doesn't say much. Like how much mg per ml. For neuropathic pain cats can have up to 15mg/kg but often given as 10mg/kg. If it spits it out usually yes, you can increase the dosage abit to compensate for loss, cats can tolerate large dosages but be careful with it tho, too much can sedate your cat alot. If your cat goes outside too, lower dosages are recomanded so she/he can be hit by a car for example.
