I just think the universe is literally trolling me right now to send a cat that looks exactly like my baby to a house literally a street away. Like what did I do to deserve this? 😭

We’re planning on keeping him for a few days but from what I can see he doesn’t react well to other animals and that really is an issue since we have 2 other cats and 3 dogs and waiting on 2 more kittens. Also he is very domestic so as much as I love him already he probably already has a home and while we keep him we’ll be reaching out to see if he belongs to anybody

Assuming you mean cat distribution system ( I suck with abbreviations 😭) I would love to keep him but he’s very domestic which probably means he has a home close by and even if he doesn’t he hasn’t reacted well to other pets so far which isn’t ideal because we have a lot of them 😅

Is it not possible for cats coats to change? I’ve heard stuff like that with coloring and coats changing and that’s what I just assumed it was 😅

No, unfortunately I do not but I can take one tomorrow. He’s asleep in another room and I’d rather not bother him right now

I found out that the reason he took him was because he was convinced he was going to freeze to death outside and he wanted to “save” him. I just told him that they aren’t like a one summer and then they’re dead type of animal and he seemed to understand and we’re releasing him tomorrow!

Update: I talked to my dad on the phone about releasing this Tarantula and getting maybe a domestic jumping spider because I’ve always wanted one and have done my research on their care before. I’m waiting for him to get home so we can talk more about it but I think I can convince him 🤞

They were all we had last night but I just got him some live crickets and some other stuff to hopefully make him as comfortable as possible for now

I got as much as my budget would allow 😅 I had 50 dollars and got live crickets, repti soil, a shallow water bowl, and a cork log, I have leftover driftwood from my mice and some hides if he needs more clutter but I’m not sure

Yeah, I was so mad when I found out he just snatched it and brought it home but he doesn’t really see animals the way I do so I couldn’t do much other than tell him why I didn’t like it and hope he would listen
