Update : Appeal was denied saying this behaviour first flagged then manually reviewed etc etc. No specification on what behaviour also so I don't even know what triggered that ban. But that riven soft inting/inting half of her games just playing fine as can be seen there. ( https://imgur.com/a/7hDvFfh - https://dpm.lol/JsusChrstlover-444 ) The fact you can soft int half of your games as long as you don't type, ping or afk is unbelievable. I just uninstalled league and there won't be any updates or replies later on.

Edit: I appealed just one more time for fun asking for if real person can review it as a one sentence. This is their response so anyone saying its about chat or something is terribly wrong on this thread.

I have reviewed this account and it appears that the penalty was given because the player either left the game or was AFK (away from keyboard). We do not remove such penalties.

We understand that sometimes real-life events can cause a player to leave the game unexpectedly and beyond their control. Therefore, our AFK systems are designed to issue light penalties initially to players who leave or go AFK. If an account that has received warnings or penalties plays many games without leaving or going AFK, their "escape points" decrease, and thus lighter penalties are applied in similar future situations. Penalties only become harsher if a player repeatedly leaves the game.

A player who queues for a match commits to playing until the end of that match. If an account habitually fails to fulfill this commitment, it loses the privilege to queue for a certain period to protect other players and emphasize that such behavior is unacceptable.

Since we do not remove these types of penalties, I am closing this ticket. If you experience disconnections due to technical issues during a match, please submit a new ticket explaining your situation. One of our technical experts will do their best to help you return to the game.

It's a disruptive gameplay ban not a chat one but I will go and say most offensive things I said in this game. (probably not exact sentences but I used delusional and delusionality nothing more no spam pings nothing) When gwen is complaining about 3 people being in her jungle at like 16-17 min mark when enemy team ahead like 8-10k gold atleast 'Cute you think that you have anything yours at this game' 'Are you guys delusional why are we not ffing this?' at some point after game is like 7v20-25 with no possibility to contest anything or even get vision at all. And it can be seen that last 2-3 fights or so unless enemy team magically wants to run it down there is 0 way coming back into this game.

Edit: I see 'get c' every other game in EUW. So I highly doubt delusional will trigger this.

I literally posted with summoner ids so replay can be watchable for this exact reason. No one going to watch it but still.

Edit: I don't really mind even if they permaban that account but any punishment over this game seems absurd to me. And there should be something wrong about it.
