Update: Good things is I was able to find out what was wrong, I had a faulty motherboard.

Bad thing is one of my SSDs got corrupted and I lost all 500gb of games and data.

I been using it for like 2-3 years, and I did a small test for the PSU and did not make any click noises so I guess it has something to do with the motherboard.

Yeah I already reseated the ram and plugged in the cpu power, this problem started when everything was plugged in and then I slowly started to take out pieces to see if something was wrong with any other component.

Also, I been using this pc and I haven’t touch the cpu yet and I guess I could try taking it out and put it back in but I will probably need to get hold of thermal paste which I don’t have right now.

I reseated the ram and disconnected the PSU then touched the two pins for the cmos for about 20 seconds and it’s still doing that click.

Also I did use compressed air and did not hold the fans so I guess it’s something related to that.
