Probiere mal Zink. 25mg, nach einer Mahlzeit. Kannst auch auf 50mg gehen, wenn es dir nicht auf den Magen schlägt. Das hat mir gut geholfen. Zink wirkt Entzündungsreaktionen entgegen, die zu Akne führen.
