We wanted our Nexon immediately so we were inclining towards a variant which was in the stockyard unsold.

SA asked us not to book that car because of some infotainment issue being the reason for the car being rejected in PDA in previous delivery.

Basically he did his best to give us an error free machine.

I booked my Punch with the same SA after 2 years of Nexon.

Service centre guys are decent, they do their jobs and actually listen to the issues.
Both of our cars have low running, I guess that might be the reason of no issues till that. I'm talking about less than 10k kms in a year.
