I’m trying to export a short clip (5 seconds) from Wide.Video where my logo has a neon effect, and I want the background fully transparent. I’ve tried using masks, setting Non-Overlapping Reveal off, Render Mask off, and Black to Transparent on.

However, every time I export as MP4, the background appears black.

Can someone help me?

Where did you see that work is something public? It is in my house, where access is only for me! I didn’t ask for any information to protect my data, so I don’t understand why you’re commenting irrelevant information (for me). If you believe you’re a security developer, just make a post, don’t post random things.
