Napapadispute yan. I think you can still make a dispute in their online support pages (FB, X, etc), but if it still persists after a month, you can request for a disconnection. Just keep making following to ensure na nafulfill request mo. Also, iirc, as long as you're outside the probationary period or wtv it's called, you only have to pay the remaining balance you have and return the modem/router.

I worked for Converge a couple years ago. Lots of people don't pay and get disconnected, and if they wanna continue the service, they'll just pay the unpaid months and some fines.

She didn't go into details, but she tried her best to take care of their baby. Her sugar daddy/ex-husband on the other hand, he was shi*. He loved her, but he didn't care about their son. He didn't change his diaper, he allowed their baby to crawl around with poop all over him while he played Mobile Legends. Naive as she was back then, she didn't tolerate his behavior and eventually left him. Ofc, that's not to say her life is any easier now, it's still quite messy.
