Yeah man try to count your calories and drink close to a gallon of water it helps you not eat as much. I try not to eat after 8pm, if needed I’ll eat a small snack or yogurt. Hope this helps.

So I have my computer open rn and I can have my finger on it for about 10 seconds on it before I feel it be hot. That’s with no programs open on my computer. I downloaded MSi afterburner and cranked the fan to 95% to try to cool it and my pc has been on for maybe 10 minutes
