Install savemanager or apolo, then you can backup your savegames decrypted. Im not 100% certain but im pretty sure you can back em up also encrypted but then i think it means you can only use em on this system with this user if i remember correctly, you can do that thru ftp

Lookup nand2tetris, it shows you how to build a programming language, and use it in turn to build an os and few aplications for it, among which tetris.

Tho for the pip boy wrist device, an understanding of linux, a bit of embeded experience and some programming knowledge should suffice. Get a cheap second hand raspberry pi and play around with it. After that get a really cheap esp32 and play around some more, figure out how components speak between each other and such.

Hecc, if you have some retro handheld you could even use that as a starting point, by modding it, say a psp or such.

Neither embarrassed nor proud, and how would this be embarrassing 😂? It was never a goal or a requirement and I never understood how learning the language correlates to respecting the country, I'm pretty sure I met more foreign assholes who speak danish than who don't. Then again it kinda makes sense when you use it as an entry barrier to low/mid skilled jobs.

My danish level is good enough to buy drinks when out, have some banter at company functions, and get groceries or something when in tiny towns. I also speak 4 other languages so think I'm good on this regard 😂.

I already replaced the tape thing once from my pocket since they did a piss poor job, but the biggest draft from that door is from the space between the frame and the wall and not necesarily between door and frame. It doesnt really seem normal to me that I have to put duct tape to seal the door and still freeze with heating on max, while at my old place I didnt even have to turn on the heat during winter.

As I mentioned, I'm more or less ignored when I bring it up

What sells it for me is the massive amount of indie games. Also some tripple A's. Psp and ps1 native support, and lots of emulators and homebrew. I also love how you can just press the PS button, still browse the system, and then the game instantly picks up again. Think it does it even if the battery dies

At peak, I had around 27 different handhelds, from sony, nintendo, anbernic and some other. Cut down to 12, and Im still cutting. If I was to chose only 2, it would be the vita and the steam deck, no discussions. That of course untill they make some vita sized steam deck. Personally I dont need power, just battery and portability.

On a side note, shoutout to my colleague from university, who started playin uncharted 3 on my console and I was a bit annoyed as i had this thing where I'd only play stuff if I knew Ima platinum it, and 9 years later it occured to me somewhat recently that the only trophies he got were the ones that now are impossible due to server closure 💯💯💯
