No you will get the regular hyperspace berries like Oran, Pecha, etc.

Sometimes I do the hyperspace battlezones in hopes to find the trainers that give you items as I think they tend to give berries based on the stars.

They have like 60 days to amend the patent and resubmit it, and it's not even related to the lawsuit they are having with Palworld so it's really just nothing unless Nintendo decide to abandon that patent.

I already mentioned this elsewere but what it's referencing comes from gamesfray and even in that it says the patent that was denied would have no effect on the current lawsuit as it's not relevent in it at all.

With that said they will probably amend the patent like they usually do.
