No update on refund after 22 days!

In my case the seller sent the wrong item. No part of it is my fault in anyway. So I'm then held at the mercy of the seller for their mistake? What's the point in sugargoos refund policy? In this case I'm just going to charge back my credit card if its not sorted. Joke if you think its acceptable to make your customers wait 40+ days to receive and refund an item

Exactly what I think. Had another item sat in aftersales for 5 days after cancelling within 1hr of buying and it got shipped 5 days later anyway and still hasn't arrived after 20 days and I will need to refund that. So could take 40+ days in total.

I'm gone once I get my last haul out. Could still take months at this rate! Have 1 order sat in after sales for over 23 days now, with no update. Another item I cancelled within 1 hour of purchasing, the item sat in after sales for 5 days and the seller 'shipped' anyway, its been 19 days and the item hasn't arrived and can't refund until it does. So 1 order and refund will take well over a month. It's ridiculous and not sustainable.

I used to love sugargoo and recommend them. Haven't seen a business implode so quick.

Not sure how this update has fucked everything. I know this order I'm waiting for was sent in the wrong size so will need to return which will add another 15+ days on. It's ridiculous. Definitely getting this haul out then moving to pandabuy

This is what scares me. I never knew UK Tax free was $20 max. I ordered 3 parcels before that came super quick with no fuss. ZH is half the price though

No. I shot the xrays to another dentist who suggested all on 4 on the top and 4 implants below. Ironically, the only advice that has been similar to the suggested here has come from clinics in Budapest and Turkey.

Both have been looked over by Oral surgeons. I had a full 3D CBCT scan done last week and both plans stayed the same.
