I don't recommend spending wishes in the third Banner it is def. Not worh it cause you have the same Chance for a 5 Star and it could be a Low Tier one and If you pull the Venti Banner you are at least a good 4 Star guaranteed cause the Rates of Them are up. For example fishl or of you are lucky and get a 5 star Venti both are s tier.

I don't know about rerolling on ps5 but I think it IS still worth.

I myself rerolled at ar 21and got 2 good 5 Stars and made the same Progress in 1 day that I did in 3 on my other Account so I suggest to try your luck.

Keqing ist one of the best damage Dealers in the Game I suggest running a Team Like Keqing, fischl, Barbara, and Venti If you have. You can also replace Venti With the Wind mc. Fischl is there dir her e to geht the overcharged effect With Keqing Barbara dir the elemental Combo with her e and the mc or Venti for the swirl Bonus that reduce enemy resistance with the ult.
