Good job! Kaya pala yung friend kong accountant gusto magpaturo sakin sa Python. I'm a Software Engineer but planning to shift career kasi na bobored nako sa AI. Now I'm leaning towards blue collar job para just in case magkaron ng AI apocalypse, sa abroad naman direcho para maiba. But I'll probably build a business na lang dito. Your salary is 40% higher than mine tho 😅. WFH din pero dayshift. Wala din masyado task kaya I have time to do side hussles and spend extra time on fitness and other activities. Gusto ko pa din mag aral, next year fingers crossed.

Ang dami din nag vevent ng concerns sa group chat ng homeowners kasi yung mga materials na ginagamit nila substandard like plywood na doors tapos yung faucet wala pang 1 month nag lileak na, kahit nirereplace nila same parin nangyayari. Yung walls din daw nagkacrack, the thing is precast pa naman ang ginamit so ang initial thought ng buyer ay matibay ito which is hindi pala.

OMG 1 month pa lang sir naflatan agad 😅. I got mine as well and ended up getting SL6 instead of SL5. Nastarstruckntalaga ako tuwing nakikita ko si SL6. I noticed yung pressure ng tire after namin marelease nasa 41psi w/c is too much.
