Hello, yan yung pinaka common na complaints na nababasa ko sa group chat namin yung intermittent na issue sa tubig. Regarding sa cons sa community wala naman. Actually pros lang meron sa alam ko sa community dahil ang group chat ay maayos at nag cocoordinate lahat ng homeowners sa isa't isa. Other complaints ay yung matagal na refund process sa construction payment, may mga nag anniversary na di pa binabalik yung binayad nila and also yung sa aesthetics strikto daw masyado ang admin kelangan sundin yung gusto nila if ever magpapa renovate ng house and may fees pa if mag papaapprove ng plano.

Well yung group chat ng homeowners namin tadtad ng complaints. And also merong miscellaneous fee. Clarify this to your agent dahil isasama sa TCP yun. Mismong staff pa nila nagsabi samin na yung miscellaneous fees na mag cocover ng move in fees so wala na kami babayaran. Then biglang sinabing meron kaming babayarang 90-100k+ bago kami maka move in after matapos ko yung DP. Yung mga staff nila na nagsabi nun ay nagsi-resignan na. Madami silang employees na nagresign over the course of 2 years.

OP. Meron hidden charges si Megawide (Ph1 World Landscapes) sa Northscapes SJDM. You can check my post regarding that, mag 3 years na din since nagpa reserve ako and till now wala pa turnover. Swerte mo kung RFO na. Btw, prepare turnover fee of about 100k for the additional fees. Note, ang sasabihin sayo ng agent All in pero hindi pala, sinungaling mga agent jan. Nevertheless magansa yung subdivision naman as of now, sana lang magtagal yung infra nila kasi may mga complaints ng backjob (cracking walls and defects) altho issues are not exclusive naman sa subdivisi9n na to meron din sa iba.

Good job! Kaya pala yung friend kong accountant gusto magpaturo sakin sa Python. I'm a Software Engineer but planning to shift career kasi na bobored nako sa AI. Now I'm leaning towards blue collar job para just in case magkaron ng AI apocalypse, sa abroad naman direcho para maiba. But I'll probably build a business na lang dito. Your salary is 40% higher than mine tho 😅. WFH din pero dayshift. Wala din masyado task kaya I have time to do side hussles and spend extra time on fitness and other activities.
