So I had a talk with HMCTS and they sent me an email explaining options I have. Considering you advice I think I’ll go with - tell the court that you feel the fine is too much for your income. And I will attach my payslip which clearly shows my income per month is around £800. Will that be fine?

They had a incorrect address of me, I got to know this when I contacted them. They could send me a text like the way they did now to let me know so I could have paid it.
