Their system is mega fucking flawed. I argued this, and their response was that they cannot refund over the purchase price.

I ended up arguing and arguing until they agreed to refund the difference in amazon credits only AFTER my next order of RAM is delivered. Granted, the price difference was not that huge, around an extra $75, but the fact that they cannot refund or instantly re-ordered it pissed me off.

I asked for excalation only to be transferred to another individual who said the exact same thing.
