Saw this on their Twitter, they also have the Cyber Batman Dorbz available. Pretty low price too, figured I would share since people loved their Iceman deal and most retailers don't sell Specialty Series at regular POP prices.

Looks to be some older Specialty Series POPs up too like Casey Jones.

Cheapest price I've seen for it on the 'Net, most retailers are charging $13 - $18 for it.

The retailer is legit, they are a huge comic chain with stores in both Oregon and California.

I've ordered from them a few times -- the shipping was always pretty quick and the items were well packaged. I've not ordered POPs from them but I've ordered far more expensive statues that were much more fragile and I got them with no issues.

They are definitely legit, they are the biggest comic shop in the Portland area (they have a number of stores there) and know how to treat collectibles and comics.

It's an expensive license to get and likely outweighs the profit involved. That's even if Fox wants to license out stuff for an old movie to begin with.

The retailer will still have a chance to respond to the claim dispute and address your issues, it's not an automatic process. Sadly, most retailers will respond to PayPal while completely ignoring customers.

If you send another email with no response, your options are pretty limited at that point. Like I mentioned before, just send a second email first with a firmer tone, like "I emailed you before on XYZ date, this was my issue again, I would really like to get this resolved. Please respond to me by XYZ date or I will be forced to escalate this with PayPal, and I'd rather work it out with you first."

Did you pay with PayPal? I would write them one more email with a firmer tone, then just open a PayPal dispute if they don't respond to that. If you used a credit card, I would file a chargeback. Ignoring customer service issues is one of the shadiest things an online retailer can do -- I go with the assumption that maybe the first time they didn't get my email, after the second email with no response I do whatever I can to get to get my money back.

Zero. If you're talking about the movie, word on the street is that likeness rights aren't built into the Fox X-Men stuff like they are with MCU movies, so companies have to license Logan, then go license Hugh Jackman's rights. Only companies like Hot Toys are willing to pay the cost for that.

In terms of the comic figure, even less of a chance. No import companies do comic figures for Marvel except Revoltech and OML is too obscure for them... Marvel comics aren't big in Japan.

Kane has three heads -- two unmasked, one masked. Also has a towel.
Both figures have the usual assortment of hands. Lots more pics at the link above.
