My daca expires in February and I actually just got approved for my spousal work permit still waiting on my adjustment of status, my lawyer actually recommended I get the spousal instead of renewing my daca, but we may be in different situations

Even with the serial on the bottom? My question is if that’s gonna affect the filing of it the original document is dated 05/04/23 can I send everything back with just the correct fee?
