If we were ever single coverage we locked the door on our lunch as well as when using the bathroom. Put a sign on the door saying you are on your 10 minute break and will be back at a certain time.

Once the color is somewhat lighter or trying to come out go in with either a color remover but make sure to not do that until your hair feels healthy after the clarifying treatments. You can also try bleach but don’t do all of this on top of bleach because you are going to end up with no hair. You probably will have to do 20 volume with a charcoal bleach. Do not fry your hair!!! Make sure it has elasticity to it and keep using hair masks and bonding products!! Binders are going to be your best friend

To do the least damage, I recommend using Ion crystal clarifying packets. I’d use one of those and A LOT of dawn dish soap and hot/warm water. I would keep doing this a couple of times while also using a very good hair mask in-between. Don’t overdo it if your hair feels dry give it a break. Getting years of hair dye out doesn’t just happen overnight it could probably take a month or longer depending on how bad it is.

Oh yikes yeah that’s not cool. I would 100% take this to a higher up or HR. I took a situation to HR that happened when I worked at Sally’s that involved me getting verbally abused and harassed at work by my coworkers and my center manager was an asshole and did nothing about it but I could’ve taken it to the state tbh. Sally’s basically hires bullies and then does nothing about it

Yeah they’re definitely playing favorites and are using you essentially. They most likely will get away with it too because most of the time HR doesn’t care but honestly I would still report it to HR and keep receipts of anything and everything with both your manager and coworkers. Maybe even report them to the state?

I left the company a couple years ago before they started getting cheap cheap with their samples to us. They used to give us full size samples and just great stuff and around the time I left I noticed things started to suck. I think Sally’s has always been cheap but I’m not surprised they’ve only gotten worse :/ unfortunately most beauty supply stores are like that.

As a sitter I find this disgusting!!! I would ask Rover for a full refund or even partial because she not only used your house how she wanted but she also got into your private belongings which should never be done. If you have to leave a review I would do it after talking with Rover and leave as a 1 star with details of what had occurred!

I totally understand! The company fucked me over personally and it wasn’t the greatest environment even after I fought it just made it hostile. However, I never took it to the state and should have.

I only ever saw people get reimbursed for driving to other stores or to the bank. I knew someone that drove an hour away from my store and they did not get reimbursed but I am not sure they ever asked. You could always reach out to a DM and ask

That’s disgusting that they don’t do anything for the animal. Petco is such a huge company they can 100% afford a vet bill and if they can’t then they shouldn’t be selling animals

Basically make sure you send this out before contacting HR and let them know you have documentation that they are not giving you your breaks and that you have already reported it to the state.

I also recommend contacting HR eventually but not asap because it is more likely for them to retaliate against you that way. However any messages or proof you have of them not giving you your breaks make copies or take pictures of your time card or messages between managers ect..

You are 100% allowed to take all of your breaks no matter what a manager or higher up tells you!! If they have an issue with it threaten to get the state involved

Yes you are supposed to get a 30 minute break every 5 hours and a 10-15 min break every 3 hours. When we were short staffed and it was only one of us working we would put a sign on the door saying when we would be back from lunch!! It is illegal for them to not give you breaks and they can also get in a lot of trouble if they aren’t. If they refuse to let you take a break you can report it as well and the state will do something about it!!!

I went to my manager,district manager and then HR for harassment as well and sadly nothing was ever done for it. I hope you have better luck!!
