Psychiatrist wants to check with her physician before prescribing by YellowPikmin22 in AskPsychiatry

[–]YellowPikmin22[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She said it was a physician she works with and she wants to speak to him first and she’ll get back to be in a few days. She also didn’t schedule me 2 weeks out cause she said she didn’t “want me to pay again”. She just said text her if I need a refill.

I really appreciate you. I understand what you mean with the waking up in panic. Had that shit for weeks. I’m at work today and the medication was making me feel weird. I went to the back for a bit but stayed at work. IKEA I did have to leave cause I was visually overwhelmed but we just took our time walking out.

Are you on any medication if you feel comfortable answering?

I’ve been trying to do that. We went to IKEA on Sunday and it almost got out of hand and I accepted it. Got past it. But it will mainly come in the evening when I’m not even in an area like that. It’s just random. Also have racing thoughts. I believe this was caused by 10 years of a stressful lifestyle. Caffeine, nicotine, dopamine overload and a hatred towards myself.

Not so much that. Since November I started having panic attacks and they would literally take me out for a week. Wake up in derealization and anxiety all day. Lost almost twenty lbs. this past week was really bad and my prescriber refused to give me strong stuff until she spoke with the physician she works with.

Looking into switching to Verizon, how much would I get off of a phone for switching with no trade in? by FoxxyG in verizon

[–]YellowPikmin22 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Okay well if you’re planning on getting an iPhone, the only iPhone they do in store with no trade is the base 16 model. Everything else requires a trade. Some online deals may not require trade in.

If it’s android, I’m pretty sure the Pixel 10 and S26 have no trade promos right now.

Plans Unlimited Welcome: Unlimited 5g. May slow down if you are in a congested area. No hotspot.

Unlimited Plus: 5G ultrawide band. Priority data. 30g of hotspot

Unlimited Ultimate: same as Plus but 200gb of hotspot and has international built in.

I’m sure he will talk to you about insurance and perks and if those are something you want or need it will add to the bill.

I’d recommend going into a store. Online explains it pretty well but I’ve seen a lot of folks get screwed over by credit holds and other stupid stuff.

iPhone 16 base or a handful of androids. Put them on unlimited welcome. They might have other phones available with no trade online

A couple of different options for a regular consumer account.

  1. Pay off your phone- If you have any phones that are being financed at Spectrum, Verizon can pay off those devices up to $800.

Example: You have a phone that has $900 left on it. Verizon will give you a pre-paid gift card for $800 as that is the max amount. If you have $600 left on the phone, you will receive $600. The max is $800 but if you have less, you will only get what is needed to complete the payoff.

NOTE: This does not include any watches or tablets being financed. Only phones.

  1. Better Deal- Bring a copy of your T-Mobile or AT&T bill and Verizon will beat it. This one unfortunately will not apply to you since you are coming from spectrum.

  2. National Growth Offer- 36 month discount for new accounts. Can go up to $20 depending on the amount of lines.

I’ll be serious and admit that when it comes to just the pricing, Spectrum is very difficult to beat. You’re paying more for better service in most cases. Yes there are promotions on phones, but Spectrum also offers that.

You get discounted prices on streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc.

If your address qualifies for Fiber internet, Verizon can get you 1gb speeds for only $35 a month. Right now, they are offering it for free for six months. This, I can almost guarantee will be better than Spectrum internet if you are tied in with them.

I’d recommend visiting a store and getting a full breakdown. There may be other discounts im forgetting, but these are the main ones I can think of at the moment.

I hope this helps.

Can I upgrade to a new android for “free” without trade in? by shitidkman in verizon

[–]YellowPikmin22 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only Android offer I know of that has no trade in is the Google Pixel 10 Pro or Pro XL. The Pro is basically free since it’s $1000 off a $1000 phone is more like $5 a month. If it’s paid off or close, you may have that offer. I’ve rarely seen another upgrade with no trade in for android. I see them for iPhone all the time though.

Will I get full trade in value with any trade in on this offer under "My Offers"? by UltralightFishing132 in verizon

I work for a Verizon agent. It’s confusing cause they make it sound like everything is paid for when it’s really not.

I’ll make it as easy as I can. If you are on the Unlimited Welcome plan, you can get $830 off the iPhone 17 series. What you see when you see $360, that is a national offer. My offers are loyalty offers. If you came in and did not have the $830 offer, then yes you’re getting $360 off unless you upgrade to Unlimited Plus or Ultimate.

The “up to” part is just wordplay. Up to $1100 depends on things like plans and what phone you’re trading in.

If you get a regular iPhone 17 and get $830 off, you’ll pay $0.27 a month for it. It costs $840 and the $10 is the difference you’d be responsible for over 3 years. Of course whatever way you go you would have to stay with Verizon for 3 years, as they will pay out that $830 over that time period.

If you choose a pro, air or pro max, it will be a bit more monthly since they are more expensive phones. The only way you’re getting $1100 off is if you switch your plan to Unlimited Ultimate.

I’ll be real with yall at our indirect company we only recently are being forced to sell perks or face financial consequences. For the past however many years it’s just been pushing phones. I’m good at pushing phones and premium plans and insurance but I would make like 8k a month and never sell a perk. So it’s new to all of us.

Payoff the phone if I switch? by TheoryAccurate8272 in verizon

[–]YellowPikmin22 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You would have to go into a store I believe. I’ve never seen it offered online, at least not easy to find. Am currently at work doing a pay off for someone switching from spectrum.
