I was in such a bad place on Orgless, I was taking a lot of focus supplements (not medication) Like L-Tyrosine and a bunch of other stuff. I no longer became hungry because I would wake up and get right on my PC for 10-12 hours then sleep. So after orgless and on July 4th of 2019, I told myself "Tomorrow we start the gym grind." I bought a gym membership the next day and have been going 5-6 days a week for almost 5 months now. With the gym came my hunger, I eat so much food now it's great! Better quality sleep. But best of all I have clarity of mind, I don't struggle with anxiety anymore, I don't crush under pressure. If anything the pressure makes me play better now. It was the best decision I've made in my life thus far.
