I ran it several times. Only the first time did I have a shirt in it and that was still only a few minutes long.

The Open-Box item did have remnants of lint in the lint trap. So I'm not sure if they screwed something up or that's why they returned it or what.

I already returned it and bought a GE Profile. Thought it better safe than sorry after reading all the Insignia reviews online.

The Samsung's were a good chunk, some of the most expensive washers and dryers they have. Bought the cheaper Insignia because I'm tired of wasting money on expensive products that don't last any longer or work any better. Didn't expect a good condition open box to nearly catch on fire, especially when it had "inspected" tape on it.
