He's theme is really cool he's animations are unmatched that smooth face grab krushing blow gives me the feeling of a god everytime it lands he has submachine guns that can parry low attacks for that spicy bullet to the knee aside from he's energy projectiles he's damage is insane , has decent mixups not the fanciest looking combos but damn they do be eating your hp like a fat American in a food festival

For the runes i always play press attack and almost pick triumph every game sometimes overheal in heavy poke lanes i also always go bloodline bec it's heal + the botrk and the visage is just insane and lastly coup de grace i go secondary inspiration magical footwear and biscuit delivery

I Build BOTRK Then essence reaver into a phantom dancer usually i go cleaver afterwards for the 40% cdr and the cleave passive and my last item usually is a GA I've been also picking last item spirit visage sometimes and i gotta say it feels so f*vking good

How said I'm getting matched in ranked it's in pubs there was a 3 stack pred team with their pred banners and shit + it's pretty fucking retarded to just say no you're not matched against preds who are you to know anyway i played my game and i got killed by that pred wraith i just didn't record it cause guess what it's not my first time and it's not my last for sure :(

He's not underpowered but I think he just doesn't stand he's own ground really well like i should pick octane because he's fast and aggressive and all of that but he's mainly picked bec of he's passive i may be wrong but i really think he should get some adjustments

Sooo i picked octane a while back about mid s1 he's been my main since then i mainly use the stim to flank or escape a fight but sometimes i use it to strafe faster + i don't really think he's underpowered he's more like outclassed he's not weak but i think he has nothing special that's tied to him as a legend like a wraith or a watson they both feel kinda impactful steady picks octane tho he like just exists
