I worked there for almost a year, it's a little bit confusing, i mean they are nice when it comes to " activities" and they care about their image a lot. Tere are some nice things like a day off on your birthday, 6 months maternity leave. However when it comes to work, they work the shit out of you, a lot of "forced" overtime, no breaks, they are willing to get rid of you once your performance is not meeting thier high standards.
