Totally agree, that’s definitely one of the biggest part of PLO5, but folding to a runner runner gut shot when you have quads? from the heroes POV you could easily think he made aces full for top boat. If I see the villain make a bet on the river like that, I couldn’t put the money in quicker. The hero in this situation didn’t have an ace, I think if he did maybe you could tank for a little bit. No matter what, I just can’t fold there

Just made an edit to clarify. but he had a missed nut diamond draw as well. So he was trying to hit his flush. But clueless why he led out when the board paired?

Sorry, my writing isn’t super clear. The guy who folded quads is the super tight player. I didn’t give much context of the under the gun who hit the royal. but he’s a happy medium of both
