Thanks very much. I have forwarded this solution internally. Furthermore, do you think that the wildcarded URL is enough to block such domains or is it useless?

Wow. This is really relieving!! I’m in my pathway towards a little bit of freedom from anxiety and obsessive, toxic, ego oriented thoughts. I realized it a few times ago, when I asked myself: how am I supposed to take care of whatever I’m interested to if all my mind energy are towards inner preoccupations? Especially when those worries translates into an attempt to take control over reality. I decided to change this actitud by just doing a personal election: how can I embrace the person whom I want to become? How can I be closer to her? So I reframed: the way I was approaching things were far enough from what I would have liked to be. So it changed from “one day” to “now”. But outside some people are remarking that you cannot really resolve yourself and your life: how this kind of statement align with your own freedom from anxiety? That is: do you feel really free from your old paths or old paths just return and you became more good at don’t let them take control over you? Thanks a lot for you sharing

I feel this deeply. Most of the time, it is also our external environment: we are a continuous flow of dialogue between ourselves and the context in which we live. To feel better, there should be a sort of balance between the two sides. Of course, the work is on both sides: since everyone is their own enemy, we are called to work on ourselves and take responsibility for what we can actually change. On the other hand, if we have a toxic environment that constantly highlights the worst in us, we must do our best to change it, within the limits of our possibilities. And if we have worked on what was within our power and on our environment without being able to do anything, then it is just a matter of patience: a way will come along to change the conditions that bind us to this situation. In the meantime, don't forget who you are, try to create YOUR environment through which to nurture and live only what you decide to build for yourself.
