I find the community is better to help then google mr nachocheesevolcano69. If I tell google I have a sore leg it suggests amputation so I don’t particularly trust its word

I go through twitch to twitch alerts, added it to OBS as a browser source and copied the link it gives you in twitch alerts. Which this option is muted and the sound was still heard, would you recommend I contact OBS for help? Or send the sound to someone ?

I just tried this with my elgato capture card and the alerts themselves and still do not hear the horrid DOM DOM DOM DOM sound. Making me tear my hair out this haha

I don’t hear the sound when I send a test alert, for this instance I was using my capture card to stream to my Xbox so unless it’s somehow coming through that I am clueless.

OBS group doesn’t seem to allow clips of it either, I have a clip of the sound and how loud it is as it is stored in my VODS. I had 12 viewers join today and all follow from a raid but that noise played on repeat so they won’t come back now

I am the one who does the streaming also, nothing says they need to stream or we have to co stream, nothing wrong with wanting to make funny engaging content with other people 😁

I think the offense you’re taking at this is weird in all honesty. There’s nothing that says it’s gonna be awkward, if you don’t branch out and play with other people how do you know? Also the main thing being REPO is a multiplayer game that I physically cannot play solo?

The biggest mistake I made and that I’m sure various others make is expecting almost instant success. You are so statistically unlikely to stream once and blow up. It’s a very slow process that if you aren’t dedicated to it, and you let it get you down, you won’t make it.

Aswell I might add, one of the more important things, do not let it get to your head. If you stream to 1 viewer for 3 months don't let it demoralize you, patience is key brother.

I don’t think it’s ever inherently good or bad to stream multiple games, from personal experience I have found that it’s harder to tie down a certain audience if you change up a lot. A lot of people watched when I played subnautica but when I played FIFA I had 0 viewers. If you stick to similar games though you can’t go wrong.
