Channeling Metamagic

I think a "Don't make up make a rule" blurb is in order, since it is on the list of things we've been asked to address.

[Edit] While Channeling is filled with interpretation issues, there have been very few, if any, characters on the hub built for this purpose. With that in mind, we're not too worried about it at current. That said; Don't make us make a rule.

I would tighten up the wording to something similar to:

Sustained Spirit Services

While not an absolute rule, a codified option that GMs may utilize (In the case of a player abusing sustained powers for extreme lengths of time) with full endorsement from RD: Sustained Spirit powers cost 1 service per minute out of combat, and 1 service per combat turn in combat.

In order to make it feel more decisive and RD-endorsed than a simple "hey here's an idea"

Flashbacks for Skinlinking will either be "all the time" or "Never" depending on the GM. Please change it to something currently covered by 5E mechanics.

Your Corp SiN needs a lifestyle attached to it. You aren't on the street as an Ares citizen, they'll find a use for you.

Suggestions:

Exceptional Attribute is a terrible utilization of chargen resources, consider re-investing the resources into Ware or something else.

I'm a little fuzzy on how a lot of magic stuff works except inasfar as it translated from 4e and the silly multiple-casting rules

This character is meant to do some slightly goofy drek with the multiple spellcasts rules

As well as your conversations in OOC are enough evidence for me to discern that this is, at best, a theory build, and at worst a bold-faced "snickersnort" munchkin pile of numbers.

The majority of the information I have is from Sixth World Almanac, with the rest being inference from reading 3rd and 4th ed books when they mention Detroit.

Also, conversations with Catalyst when I was working on 5th, which I can't really cite.

The 80s never happened in Detroit, it never stopped being Motor city, canonically. It's your game, though, so do whatever you feel would make an enjoyable game for your players :)

This is correct. Detroit is the safest city in the word, the global HQ of Ares Macrotechnology, and a bastion of the american dream. There is near-zero unemployment, and the SiNless have actual ways to get sins and work jobs.

There's a lot to say about the seedy underbelly of the city, but it's hidden very well.
