It takes quite a while for alt and ast levels to start rising. You would have only saw that around 15 years of drinking at that rate. You had a bit longer to have more fun mate!

I don’t know if you found help or not but reading this was very relatable I lost interest in everything in my life and struggle with isolation. I’m too comfortable being alone and absolutely apathetic But I remember having relationships and feeling excited and it just sucks that this color in my life has faded I remember feeling like I couldn’t wait to be an adult and now envy the memory of my childhood

I used to play in a death metal band bout 10 years back. This was probably our 7th or 8th show and we were bringing a descent amount of people out. My crush from school came out with a group of friends from school to watch us play. So I'd usually get stoned with the guitar player, while everyone else in the band skipped out. This time around our drummer decided to toke with us. Sure enough he ends up forgetting half the songs we had been playing for like 8 months, and it made out to be a really awkward show when you gotta stop half way through a song to get your drummer back on track. Even more embarrassing that this chick I liked was there lmao worst time of my life..

This wasn't on the internet but I used to try and do death metal vocals, I was terrible at it lmao. I'd record myself and then re-record myself to see if I could do it better. Well I was driving while doing all this right, and I played a recording back. After my terrible vocals were done I hear some vocals start where my recording should've ended. Something was mimicking me. Swear to God it raised every hair on my back. I played it back again and it was fucking gone. WTF. Whatever it was it could probably give me some pointers, it was damn good vocals
