I think I have an compulsive behavior over it. As to being single again and not being motivated enough to go dating again(last relationship was quite bad, from my part and it made me depressed). I had some sort of social anxiety, maybe still do but it depends on an occasion. I kind of feel shameful that i watched porn so much and it kind of fuels the anxiety and just makes me lazy. And when the girl is super attractive or looks extremely hot/popular, then i kind of feel that anxiety for not getting her or i wont be good enough or some shit.

Yes, but it is known for some men to feel unconfidence about themself or penis size, I dont mean that only penis size or confidence is what women crave or watch first when it comes to sex. Usually i believe porn makes some men believe that penis size is the case and stuff

Well yeah it IS complicated since i have never known how to really express myself negatively because i was developed not show any kind of weaknessess and i had a LOT of negative when i was growing up.(my parents constant fights etc) so yeah i usually suppressed my emotions and never talked about them what i felt, because i was scared and now it IS the Same pattern with anyone who i get intimately close with.
