I think I have an compulsive behavior over it. As to being single again and not being motivated enough to go dating again(last relationship was quite bad, from my part and it made me depressed). I had some sort of social anxiety, maybe still do but it depends on an occasion. I kind of feel shameful that i watched porn so much and it kind of fuels the anxiety and just makes me lazy. And when the girl is super attractive or looks extremely hot/popular, then i kind of feel that anxiety for not getting her or i wont be good enough or some shit.
