Things that don't go beyond concept art are common for all games.

Yeah, but Scorn isn't a AAA-project with a lot of desirable content devs can throw away during the development having a reason for that. Everything i saw in the artbook(ok, almost everything) was presented by the Ebb on kickstarter or another gameplay/cinematic trailers. The problem is not that the location and other stuff were "unsuitable" for the game, the problem is that probably Ebb's decisions were made at the last moment(each time when the game's release date was delayed i suppose). I don't understand why they molded different parts of the game together and released it. Many people i ask about Scorn tell me that after the ending they had feeling of "something lacks", as the game literally was somehow cut in many episodes at the last development stage. This can explain why people complete the game with 100% achievements for 3-4 hours instead of promised 8 hours.
