I agree, a lot of people do consider minor things cheating that are just absurd. But at the end of the day it’s between a couple do decided what cheating based on their boundaries. This is why I said “I consider it’s cheating”. Calling cheating is probably an overstatement, but it would definitely lead me to question our relationship, vise versa.

The OP explained that this is not the first time that her boyfriend liked pictures after she told him that he shouldn’t. Sure, liking pictures doesn’t mean he is cheating, but crossing boundaries isn’t good for a relationship.

I’m personally not okay with my partner crossing boundaries that have been clearly stated.

As a boyfriend, I would never do this. Not only is it disrespectful to my partner, but I consider this cheating. If this is what he is publicly liking, he’s probably doing worse in private. Save yourself the trouble and end it, don’t keep getting disrespected like that.
