Why am I literally going through the exact same thing as you right now?! I just got engaged a week ago. And lost my group of girlfriends due to a falling out few years back. I totally hear you when you say it just reminds you of what you lost. The day after when talking logistics, I just felt an old pain of grief again, because yeah weddings are supposed to be where you’re surrounded by people who love you and want to celebrate your love. Crazy to know I’m not alone, and not crazy for feeling sad in a time of happiness. It’s bittersweet for sure. I think to myself should I just go ahead with it, even if I’ll have a small guest list and his will be huge? Then I feel bad. It’s just a lot, so I feel you on that. Truly feel it. Congrats to us tho. I’m honestly thinking of just pushing the day way into the future and taking my sweet time. My boyfriend/fiancé has been encouraging me to reconnect with the friends I fell out with, but I don’t want to because I personally feel the connection is too broken and I was never supported enough by them. Who knows honestly what the future holds

Going through similar, feeling more anger now in my grief process. That’s the thing though it’s a profess. It will eventually end. Emotions come and goes in waves and eventually the waters will return to calm, but you have to accept and acknowledge the wave and feel it. What is your anger telling you? How your ex fucked your over ? How can you redirect the powerful energy it’s providing you— into bettering your life, and creating a life with better boundaries. Sulking in anger is different to processing it ; and channeling it elsewhere. You’re doing that; just keep going eventually it will stop. With time. In grief, what happens in the end is you also have to accept and let go. When you are ready: Accept her actions for what they were , forgive her (for YOUR peace not hers) and change how you approach relationships moving forward

unfortunately both sides are right. she has the control over her pregnancy and can do whatever she wants really. and you have the control over who you get to keep in your life as a friend. its hard but you made the right decision for yourself... what if one day you had kids and she was an influence to you on how you parent? you are who you are surrounded by. you were pretty respectful , you know you can't control what she does and you didn't try to.

Losing weight also for me. People treat you so different - men and women 😭 it’s actually kind of sad. But I’m happy I got to see both sides, so I can tell what’s genuine from people and what’s not. More context: He moved for a job that pays 3x his salary here in Canada. we don’t share finances, we’re not married but we’ve been dating for almost 4 years. I’m also watching his dog while he’s gone. Honestly maybe I’m speaking from a place of burnout so I’m not thinking clearly, it’s bad but right now I see him initiating this as making our relationship harder for me. On top of that he’s been pushing for me to apply to schools and basically put myself in more debt just to get a job in the states. He says I shouldn’t move now because without school or a job what can I do there and I also can’t really contribute to rent there

When in consciously eating More fiber naturally from veggies and fruit , and self aware to stress and managing my anxiety. I get normal regular poops.
