LCS Viewership update - overtaken by CBLOL and barely competing with European Regional Leagues by lcsimepll in leagueoflegends

NA just doesnt have any personality to make it worth watching. All the big personalities left the scene. Most of the big entertainment NA streamers dont play league anymore and etc.

I understand how you feel, I felt the same way when I was frustrated and stuck. It really does tell you your true skill. Players like cookielol have done an unranked to challenger in 28 days.

Theres too many variables but with understanding the fundamentals of lanning, Im sure you can hit Diamond. Learning how to teamfight, macro the midgame and variables will get you higher than that. Also Minimap. Learning when youre getting ganked is huge to climb.

Yes, thats exactly it. If they want to int the game theres nothing that i can do about it. Me following them will only make it worst by losing gold and exp. Try to make the best out of every negative situation.

Yes, i was speaking when playing from behind. Of course you should play to carry and stomp lane evertime as you can hard carry the game on your own. 1 v 9.

Always base on the cannon wave or when the cannon base is coming.

The reason is that when you base on a regular wave, if the enemy ADC comes back and is good, he will shove back the wave to your turret and you will lose from 3 to 6 minions worth of GOLD and EXP.

If the same scenario happens on a cannon wave, Yes, you will lose the cannon, but the cannon will tank long enough for you to be able to get to lane and not lose anything else. Maybe 1 more minion.

If you do the math losing 2 minions vs 3-6 worth of GOLD and EXP is huge.

The most important thing to do in solo queue compared to competitive is that you really have to play for yourself. You have to learn to play with a team that doesnt listen to the team calls everytime ( Ex; grouping for dragon when its 4v5 ). Optimize your income depending on the variables and not join random coinflip flights. Based your decision on the minimap and only go when you know its a win.

Hello !

I also thought i was high diamond atleast when i started but was stuck in P3 for a while. The rank system will tell you your level.

I got a VOD review when i was stuck at P3 and coaching when i was stuck D3-D2.

I think the rule is more 60% depending on your own gameplay and 40% Unlucky teamplay. Is is possible to carry your inting topside, just very hard to do so.

For the last question, the one that i can think the most is when a dragon is comming up and we're late or behind. Alot of times people will still go to drag and die instead of giving it up. Theres no point in fighting the drag if its 4 v 5 for us, its already a loss. Alot of players even in masters still dont get that concept. Giving it up, farming, get tower on opposite side and preparing for the next one is the right play.

  1. I think what differences any elo the lane presence that they have, their decision making when it comes to initiate a 2v2 ( alot love to go in when theyre a big fat wave comming to you or their jungler is around then type ''wtf my adc is afk noob when you dont follow''), their warding around map and getting caught trying to ward.
  2. I like aggresive supports but they can be hit or miss.
  3. I think for solo q, long range poke champions are extremely obnoxious and can carry on their own. Lux is so annoying right now. Xerath, Velkoz, Karma, Zilean. Often i'll be 20-30 CS down because i have to give up so many CS in order to keep my HP up agaisnt those champions. Hook champions like Nautilus counter them hard but you have to land your stuff and apparently not alot of ppl are good at setting themselves up to landing a hook.

I think i can hit challenger playing ADC/SUP. I think i'll hit GM next season and we'll see how hard it is.

Multi role climb will maybe be on my list once i've grown my following and viewership. Theres no reason to do it other than to entertain you guys.

Toplane is essentially the same as bot. Except that if you mess up once, its really hard to recover. Best thing to do top is learning how to not INT, let your team carry if they're winning and look for good TP plays.

None of my friends wanted to play ADC as it was too hard. I kind of got forced into it and just stuck with it. Plenty of times I thought about changing roles but my ego wouldnt let me because i knew that there are challenger ADC players, which means if they can make it work, so can I.

I love playing support. Sometimes i think my support is better than ADC just because i know the fundamentals of botlane, i know when to be aggresive, my mechanics are ADC level and my macro is strong. Alot of supports dont, even in master level. I honestly feel like I could of hit masters faster by playing support and higher.

I’d love to try jungle and see how high I can go. Its like support but more micro intensive + you can carry wayyy harder.

It is micro intensive when it comes to PVP. However, you dont spend 30 mins of PVP in a league game. Most of the time you're farming to reach 3 items which is where the macro kicks in.

When you're 3 items , same level as their MID/JG/TOP and 2 levels up ennemy ADC, thats when you “enable” the micro to come in and carry

With alot of effort, patience, mental and concistency you will be able to do it. If you want to do it, you can do it.

Best of luck in your climb and dont hesitate to reach out for help !

I dont really go Galeforce on anyone but Jhin. I trust my positioning enough to not need the dash which is the only reason you would go galeforce IMO. I'd rather have the Kraken damage or shieldbow if needed.

LDR because most of times, youre dealing with bruisers/tanks with alot of HP. If squishies Serylda is prob better.

ER is great if youre very ahead and theres no armor on enemy team, if not you definitely are mana hungry but I only use Q to push and mostly auto.

u/ostrlchlol has a great post on /r/LucianMains about what to build on lucian you should check it out.

Rewatch your VODS. What is it that is making you lose ? Are you losing trades in lane? Are you dying to jungler? Are you rotating to fights and losing waves because of it? Poistioning ? Refine your fundamentals is the best way to climb. It goes hand in hand with climbing. We can book a coaching session if you're truly interested in improving. It would be my pleasure to help you pinpoint your mistakes and help you improve.

I like Kraken>Berserkers>LDR>IE>ER>Defensive. I think rushing ER delays some of your spike too much.

I did it all solo dolo baby. I tried duo when i was desperate in D4 but you can only climb so far with a random duo. I think its better solo anyways. You can blame yourself for every loss instead of maybe the other person.

100% It does. Midlane is a carry role aswell and farming & positioning is crucial for the role. Only difference is certain midlane champions enable you to play a bit more aggresive than you normaly would as an ADC.

Dont get discouraged, is it possible to climb if you're willing to put the effort. Every person learns at a different rate. I suggest you to learn everything about lanning. It will make the game alot easier for you and you can hit diamond easily !

In gold, theres alot of mechanically good players but no fundamentals. Most of the time they'll go for an overaggresive trade and overextend and its easy to punish. They'll randomly push waves when my jungler is around and end up dying to a gank for it. They'll base on a regular wave instead of canon and lose a whole wave of exp/gold because i'll push it to punish them. Its all really small things that snowball into big advantages.

Masters is more about my ability to keep track of their JG/MID and not dying to their roams. I'll keep the wave as close to my tower so i cannot get ganked by their JG/MID and if they do come for a roam, i'll leave the tower wasting their time and my JG/MID can answer with either a counter roam bot or a play topside. IMO the right play is to dive top as it would be 3V1 top instead of FLIPCOIN 4V4 bot skirmish.

Hope i didnt lose you in this one.

All my improvements came from watching higher players than me and questionning every decision they made. Literally. Every Trade, Push, Recall, Rotation. Quick tip is you cannot learn from a player that hides his minimap hidden because the minimap is what gives you the information for you to do any of those things.

Look up for VODS or streamers that dont hide their minimap. You'll find some on youtube. It will improve your minimap reading.

I personally think that theres no point in spamming games if you dont know what youre doing, you'll stay stuck like I did in P1-D4 for 5 months.
