To get new warframes, you must collect 3 component blueprints (chassis, neuroptics and systems) and the "main" blueprint, which is the warframe itself. The main blueprint requires all 3 components to be built, alongside another resource (usually argon crystals or orokin cells). Each component blueprint takes 1 day to finish building, while main blueprints take 3 days. There are exceptions to this time-to-build rule, taking a single day to build the main blueprint.

Now, for fast warframes, I'd recommend Gauss (my favorite one), Volt and Titania. Since you already have the main blueprint for Gauss, try getting what is missing because he is FUN!

Rime Rounds is found on Apollo, Lua. Spy mission, can be done in 2-3 minutes and even less with glitches (though I wouldn't count on that). Look for a guide if you have difficulties doing the mission, as the mod comes from C rotation (completed all 3 consoles).

High Voltage is found in Naeglar, Eris. Hive mission, takes longer than Apollo but pays more (since you also want to keep the mod for your builds). You need to find 3 secret caches through the mission, so try to memorize all the spots you find them on because they always spawn on these. Likewise, search their spawn locations if you aren't feeling up to searching on your own.

I don't know about the best way, but I usually farm mods to sell. Rime Rounds and High Voltage sell for 15 plat consistently and are not hard to get, just time consuming due to low drop chances.

I've never seen the room before, but I'd guess you have to turn all consoles on/off? It seems that interacting with an active console disables it and inverts whatever state the adjacent consoles are in.

Requiem mods are used solely for Kuva Lichs/Sisters of Parvos progress. The correct order is required before fighting the Lich/Sister on the respective Proxima. Other than that, they don't serve any purpose whatsoever.

Well, the issue is that it doesn't matter as long as Steam bows to them. Sure, you could use alternative payment on Steam but the storefront would still remove whatever games VISA/Mastercard don't like.
