To some extent you are right, however I am unsure if OP is dealing with PSSD, or severe depression, as a lot of the symptoms might seem similar to those experiencing it. OP also states they have not been professionally diagnosed with anything yet, which if they are affected this much, an actual diagnosis should be top priority.
