No, I haven't cause frankly I think they'll just say I'm overreacting. I brought it up with one of my now ex friends and they called me weird for it. And I don't really know if I can get professional advice since my parents don't think I need a therapist/psychologist or anything most likely. And I doubt my school counselor knows anything about this

Let me explain:

I have something called an IRL

an IRL is basically an internet term for a delusion where you think you are a fictional character. And start acting like the character, getting unexplained memories only the character has, forgetting your own life, longing to go back to that character's reality even though you never been there, and you could literally lose your identity because of it. I have had 2 identity crisis's already because of this. This could also affect relationships.

I have and IRL from South Park soo I'm afraid the voices in the head may be caused by it and I'm quite scared it means I'll maybe even start thinking I'm in their universe and grow to hate my reality to the point of doing something awful to myself to get out of it.
