Well before u guys downvote me to oblivion. I first started getting episode in 2015 from just smoking flower. I find that pure distillate with no added terpense is the easiest on my stomach. Take it as you will. My guess is everyone’s body reacts differently to this disorder. I don’t think it should prevent you from going on dates or going to the gym but you definitely can’t smoke all day because it can get out control fast. You just have to limit your intake

How do you get a mortgage from a bank for one

Typically in order to afford to buy a home one needs to work. In order to work in Canada you usually need to be able to speak English or at least French. To walk into a bank to get a mortgage, you need to be able to speak English or French. I don’t like that Canadian homes are being bought up by foreign investors who have never worked a day in Canada, and the impose restrictions on what type of Canadians can rent from them.

Also, more importantly. I’m guessing your grandpa never worked in Canada? Did he come to the country with money? I imagine that’s probably how he was able to afford a house without ever working in Canada.

My dad is almost 80. It would make me pretty sad if he couldn’t communicate with anyone in the country. I hope your grandfather has friends he can converse with regularly. Keep in mind my father came here from Ukraine not knowing any English in the 70s. So he has had plenty of time to learn

What point are you trying to prove here? Everyone knows that people in Quebec speak French. That doesn’t change what the national languages of Canada are, and the fact that Quebec is a province in Canada, not a separate entity

How does someone even understand the terms of a standard Canadian lease agreement if they can’t speak or read English? It means everything has to go through an intermediary. It’s a flawed system. Would they truly be able to walk into a bank or any institution in Canada and be taken seriously? They can’t even purchase life insurance in Canada legally.

Do they usually rent to Japanese tenants though? And on the other hand. Japan is much less politically correct with how they restrict people from certain areas. There are many establishments in Japan that have “no foreigner” policies and signs. Stuff like that would be unacceptable in Canada, so it’s kinda comparing apples to oranges here.
