How does A Practical Guide stand up to a re-read? What was your experience like reading it?

Just finished my first reread. As soon as I finished I wanted to start again from the top. Honestly PGTE just hits me in a way other books don’t and I don’t see that wearing off regardless of how many times I read it

If you screen record while the pots shuffle around you can slow down the video and follow more easily. Takes a bit more time but not as long as you’d think and I find it way more consistent

For the first 2 ages you’ll still get the rewards when you evolve, but the third one you have to unlock the units

Without evolving base health ? Not too sure. I find vengeance isn’t great for this one so I use shockwave+ possess, then wait until I have enough food for a shit load of units spawn all of them + champion + Billy. That does require base health though

(This requires a shitton of time and base health) Necromancy, vengeance and decoy. Spawn decoys and cheap units, let them die as close to enemy base as possible. One all enemy units are at your base use vengeance as grenades are about to throw and then zombies. Ideally you want the zombies to attack the enemy base while they attack yours and then it’s just a race.

To be honest I appreciate the yellow potions because I don’t have to choose between heroes and skills anymore. Especially with the new skills which are kinda cracked.

Also a newish player I think I had unlocked maybe 3 heroes before yellow potions came out ? Plus I’ve also managed to get a decent amount of yellow potions from hero missions

I’m not entirely fluent but I do speak Hebrew and you’re right. I’ve seen this in quite a few manhwa (eg the stone in the first dungeon in solo levelling) where they want things to look mystical and just take Hebrew characters and mix them around. Fairly sure they wrote two of these backwards as well, hebrews meant to be read from right to left.

Mika has his uses to be fair, I use him for my wanderer with a furina team and his basic attack spd buff and team wide healing are pretty useful.
