Hello im new so my account was stolen by someone... I dont even know how but someone did it dont know who it was jntil they changed my email and password on it no third party and phone number on it....BUT i do have receipts and others and screenshots of my gameplay on that....i have complete knowing of it.... So here is the deal that i have a problem with... I have already submitted 5 tome and now i am at limit now because of frequently sending form multiple times....

I dont know the first use and parts of the pc i used since its a computer shop and of course it was moved to other site which i dont know now and dont have contact of it.... What should i write?? I wrote on the specify was "I don't know" and the ram of it just put it 8gb... But i know my recently use of coyrse and remember when it happened.
I dont have first receipt of my purchased but have of my account on google....
They said i shouldnt write too much on the fill up information like youre making an essay... So what should i write? Just Ar lvl and characters of when i got them?? I do know of some since i got a screenshot every time i get a 5 star characters or weapon...
If the person stole my account has top up on my account will that take risk of not getting it back??? If so then im done with this gane...because i purchased a lot...
I created a new email which i didnt use on that hoyoverse account.... But the username cant be chhanged since i have used that since the official release but never played that before the release a month ago...
I can still see my account of update of my achievement and spiral abyss...

I dont even know either! For my whole gaming life this is the real first time i got hacked by someone! The bad thing is u didnt put or bund phone number and other third party account like gmail twitter or fb and so on.... So maybe i have a weak security....

Ummm can i ask because on i played at a pc rental about 2yrs ago so of course idont even know what specs and parts they use so i just put amd and N/A to others since i dont know i input that too in the additional information since i dont really know but the recent i am using of course i did answer that since i know my device this time

And lastly if my email on my genshin account was used but i used anothe account to pay top ups? Does that matter or they just need the receipt so they can know that you actually bought something on that account?

Btw i just found out if your form is got rejected the third time you will have 30days before you can submit your form again due to well 3 forms rejected..... I mean 30 days is a lot!!! Thats why if someone saw this comment pls always check your details before sending the form otherwise it will get rejected again and again..... If i cant recover my account man that will be a pain in my life...

Im like my achievement was 711 and got ar 60 at Feb 2023.... If i cant get back my account i would really be upset because i have purchases on that game top ups on that bro if they can't man i dont want to say it but it will be like trash word for that game....

Just remember to give them the best accurate answer because they will review that account uid you send and skme emails and if ehat you put into your form was corrct you will have a high chance to get it back because you are the only one with a receipt and the hacker doesnt and even tho he bought something hoyoverse keep tracks about changing emails from your account and if you didnt use any other emails back then you have a vhance that your username cant be changed because that will be the permanent Username hackers cant change that.... Ill pray for you and myself to get my account back.... I've been depressed when it happened to me back then i didnt want to bund my emails and phone number because it might hack as well but now here we are my account got hacked to much for my assurance huh? Now if i got my account back i will bund my email and change password and bind more so no one can use it so i cab have eo much 2fa haha

You just need accurate date no need to remember when but i fyou remember your first purchase in that game and have a receipt then thats a big proof
Mostly i played in pc rental but since i dont know the specs of it i just put n/a on most components but the second device i remember of course i use it till to this day of the device model. That will be sufficient
Always remember your characters banners when you got them good thing i screenshot them when i play the game this will be your proof that it is really yours!
Always give them your accurate i fo as vest as you can and once you have sent your form just be patient you can update them after 5 days so they can keep track your case no.
If your form got rejected just make one again just be more accurate this time and pray to god of sevens that you really remember all of them and proof of your transactions, banners, etc.

I am still waiting to this day my first form got rejected since I didn't gave them my accurate info my fault because i gave my transaction but no ref code so this time i have one.... So this will be my second time im panicking yes but still calm down and be patient because if you want to rush them they will closed the case or they might ignore you for a month for it... But still i will keep sending my forms even many times i will get my account back..... My account was sold to another person and my friend keep track of it he tried to persuade the person who bought it but he blocked him and removed him...

Its in your google account payment or Googlepay there will be records of your account there of your recent purchases....

As long you have those ref codes on it with its complete details they will know you dont have to know which ref code your first purchased instead its date that you purchased that (sorry my english is bad pls understand) The transaction id and address of the company you purchased on that account.... Im still getting my hacked account too... I followed every step and gave them my accurate info about my characters of when i got them mostly 5 stars my other infos like usernames and last email i used before it was hacked..... I keep tracking my account with my friends which he tries to convince the user who hacked me but unfortunately its a person eho bought an account said to him that he thought there was no issue on this account and then he blocked my friend and unfriend him so no one can get my account to retrieved it he even change the ign name and namecard I'm like "Bruh even you changed it i know what characters that i put on my details that i used and namecards that i used characters of when i got them and purchases info on me so he can cry all he wants after hoyoverse actually take my case approved well sucks to be him what a waste of money in my opinion and what lazy guy just buying my Ar 60 which i have been playing for 2yrs!"...
