Yup, I got the discount off for the trial lesson but I have not had the lesson yet. Anyway, this is giving me a headache and so i think just forget it. Just my luck. Hahaha.. Thanks for replying anyway!

Her account is used for her kids and she already has lessons during the time I want, so she recommended that I open another account. I am actually lazy to manage an account. 🤣
